Rewiring radio wires

Can anyone tell me where i can go to find out how to rewire my radio wires. I cant get my radio to work after i wired it up. The lights on the radio light up but i cant actully get it to play anything. The 12V plug in the back thats attached to the car isnt getting but 4V how do i rewire the that and where does it go?

kinda having the same problem. installing a new deck, the power on the deck comes on...but no sound. hard to find a good ground to connect to as well. plastic everywhere!

i removed the panel beside the gas pedel and grounded it to that bolt. Assuming you have a 2nd gen too.

I just replaced all the fuses IN the car and it fixed the problem. One fuse was almost non existant in it.
