Restart For Speakers To Work?
Ok, i'm having a bit of a problem. The two stock dash speakers were crap, so I took them out, but didn't replace them yet cause i'm getting some money together for them. What I have left are the two back speakers which are Pioneer speakers that came with the car when I got it. When I try to pump up the volume, they go silent when I get closer to max volume. Its not the speakers dying or anything because they are being strained too much, cause at the point when they go out, it isn't that loud that it should do it with any quality speakers. I shut the car off, and turn it back on, and the speakers work again with no problems until I try to turn it up again. I'm not sure if this is an audio problem, or electrical problem, so I posted it in here, move it if you wish to mods.

It almost sounds like your amp is getting overloaded somehow and shutting down. Is it the stock amp or an aftermarket amp? When you removed the front speakers, did you make sure the leads were not touching anything before you put the covers back on?

The stock speakers have quick disconnect fitting things, so they aren't disconnecting. Only thing I have is the reciever and the two speakers in the back.
