Replacing old wing on 10thAE
Hello everyone,
I originally posted this in the second gen forum but maybe this is more appropriate. I have re-started my 10thAE project and am now in the market for a rear spoiler. The original broke and I got myself a used one real cheap from a friend. The used one has cracked through the primer all over the place multiple times and my body guy has advised me to give up on it.
My questions are, what is my best option to replace it? What should I be paying for one? Is there anyone out there making fiberglass OEM replacements body parts? Are the originals notoriously hard to paint?
I spent some time looking for aftermarket fiberglass and OEM replacements as well as a little bit of time in the classifieds. I found this one at the link below for what seems a decent price.
Any advice is appreciated and sorry for all the questions at once.
