removal of the sound denter inside

how do you remove the sound denter on the floor of these rx7s. i got some off were water got under but the other parts are so hard to remove. thanks alot chris

Do you mean the padding under the carpet? It's glued down so you'll have to peel it off, carefully if you want to reuse it.

anyone ever use heat. maybe a heat gun or torch? were can you by dry ice? and how does that work? thanks chris
not planning on using it again.

I have always used a heat gun, a PLASTIC or RUBBER scraper, not metal, to get 99% of it off, then while it's still hot use engine degreaser and a rag to wipe away any residue
