Just photoshop it. IMO any all-black wheels look like hub-capless steel wheels and pretty ghetto. With a polished lip some look alright, but FD wheels are too thick looking to pull that off.

If you are going to spray paint, for the love of god don't just go pick your color and spray it unless you want your wheels looking REALLY REALLY shitty. I've seen it attempted on my friends car then I had to show him how to actually do it. Check out some writeups and do it the right way with a good protection coat on it also since it will chip in a matter of days with regular spraypaint.
