I would like to purchase a sun shade that fits the rear window for the FD. It looks like it's made of clear acrylic and mounts on the outside of the hatch on top. Anyone got it for sale?

Mild7 has one for sale... he'll be back from vacation on the 27th. From what I remember the black piece was an option on certain models, attaches to the rear using heavy duty double-sided tape, and still leaves enough room for the rear windshield squirter. I'm not sure what his asking price was, so don't quote me on anything

 

Thanks Rooter for all the above mentioned info. Yes, it is black. I'm not sure about the rear window squirter though, as I do not have one. Below are some pics. I have more if you'd like.

oh yah... that IS a golf ball holding up the visor on that 2nd pic. That's there cuz I took the pics after removing the visor, and needed something to hold it up

 

I'll have one available whenever i decide to take that + wiper + wing and have my hatch repainted...

Thanks and you're welcome. That is a really a nice car. Can you get one with the whole side of the car where you can see it whole from the front to the back and little bit farther away. I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Why would you want one with tinted glass?
Kinda duplicates things doesn't it?

 

RX187, that's all the pics I have, sorry. It is tinted, not sure if it came that way from the factory. Mine came on the car when I bought it. RX7-2nr... sorry I haven't gotten back to you... just that the holidays/new years and what not have been busy. I'll pm you my addy and details, cool?
