I did find that site, but that was just for the two longer middle pieces. The picture shows some extra external vents on the side, but maybe they are just custom...

 

They're custom additions.

Those aren't custom, they're vents made by Ready Go Next. PM FinalFormUSA on here he can get them np if he doesn't already have them in stock.

 

You can buy the RGN vents from Carshopglow here in wet carbon and FRP.

Another option you can also consider is the Topstage Composites V3 bonnet vents here. I run them on my OEM bonnet, but they can be fitted to an RE Amemiya hood too. Reckon they look better than the RGN ones.
