RacingBeat Type 2 spoiler same as 99 Spec?
My stock VR spoiler is pretty faded and instead of getting it repainted I might as well go aftermarket. I don't feel like spending a G and I don't like aluminum wings...so Racingbeat are the most viable option. I don't like the looks of the Type 1, but the Type 2 looks nice on rx7store's website...but from a crappy angle. I can't tell if it is higher than a 99 Spec wing? Any pics or info? Thanks.

Yes I do believe it's higher/taller than the '99 spec wing... A couple of people on here have either the racingbeat type 2 or the mazdaspeed wing which are almost the same wing, so maybe someone will post pics..

The Racing Beat Type 1 is not crap!
It conforms to the natural lines of the RX-7 better than any other spoiler.

Damn touring, I seriously could not have asked for better pics. Side by side is pretty much priceless.
The RB Type II looks a little big for my taste. The 99 Spec looks great...on that silver FD, is that a PFS wing??? It looks a lot better than it did on the website. I may have to check that out.

No problem. I have the RB Type II and I am pleased with the height. From certain angles it looks way to big, but for the most part it is nice.
The silver FD is equipped with the PFS like you said. A cheaper version at erebuni.com, but I would suggest PFS.
Also, if you do decide to get the 99, to my knowledge at least, it come painted assuming you still have a stock color.
