Question on reupholstering seats and fixing the foam

Well as you know our rx7 seat bolster really does not hold up to wall on the driver side.

Also my leather is just about done so I plan on reupholstering them.

Is there any way to fix the driver side bolster on the bottom of the seat next to the door before i rewrap the leather?

Like any way to refoam it? add foam .. or reshape it? or am i just sol ?
