puting in head unit

puting in head unit

i just got a new jvc head unit and got everyhting i needed from crutchfeiid and when i took out the old school tape player i looked at the wiring and holy **** somebody did a bad job.....he cut all the harnesses off which the crutchfeild harness was useless and then everything was jsut like taped with scotch tape that had melted and ****......so now i have to pay $60 to go get a auido shop to rewire my car because it is so messed up.....i have installed like 10 head units and my brother works at a shop and like they guy some how got it to have 2 wries work both front speakers.....and then the other two work 1 left front and 1 back right........so when i did all that testing i wa slike **** and the other harness with the jvc wont fit so this sucks did anyone else have this problem or am i just always gettin messed over??

You just got some bad luck, man. Whoever did that before did the job the ghetto way instead of the right way. You're probably saving yourself way more than $60 in headaches by getting a pro to fix it.

I agree. Something like that, it is worth just to pay the $$ for. The headache is just not worth it as JKM mentioned.
