Progress pics of my car

Well I have been doing some body work on my car and would like to share some pics of it.
I had a factory r1 wing on the back and decided to take it off so here is where the holes are being covered up on the hatch. Also the person who did the bodywork before did a poor job when shaving the antenna and the rear wiper and nozzle so I redid those areas.

I also had some small dents in the driver side door and both rear 1/4 panels and some under the doors.

I am still working on it but most of it is done.
I still havent decided what color to paint it.

Im not going to have the motor pulled for the paint job so Im not sure what color I want to go with. I am down to 2. Innocent blue mica (20p) and Midnight purple pearlecent (lp2). Which do you think would be the best choice? I know that the purple would go best with the purple thats already in the motor bay but Im not sure because I really like the blue also.
The decision is basically down to the fact that then engine bay will be purple. Do you think it will be that big of a deal?

Only because I was thinking the same thing.

I voted for IBM. But it would be nice if he would post pictures for direct comparison.

I like the IBM color better, but there's getting to be quite a few IBM FDs around anymore. The Skyline color will be more original and less likely to find on another car.

Godzilla had lots of chipped paint and small dings and dents all over and holes in the hatch when I bought it. I am very picky about how the car looks so its getting a makeover. New interior and fresh bodywork and paint for the exterior.

Here is the color that is on the car now.

but wont the purple in the bay really clash with the IBM of the body? Do you plan on painting the bay?

Yeah, my favorite color is IBM, but since your engine bay is still going to be purple, id go with the purple. It will be very original and will look very sharp.
