Ok everyone. I did a boo-boo and accidently ripped out my stock head unit with connector and it broke off. And I mean I have no more slack in cable. Very tight......Now I think the grey wire is for the power antenna but what the heck is the pink or red wire for? And How do I get this connected into one plug to fit my aftermarket radio.

1. Do I need the red wire?
2. How do I splice more shielded cable to the existing two?

I saw some posts on the motorola plug but really none with detail pictures. Hard to follow the posts.....
