Only if you buy the wrong offset, here are mine 19x9 and 19x10 in the back with no rubbing.
I call B.S. What offsets do you have? What suspension are you running?

I'm not trying to argue but you can't tell me that at full turn, over a bump, it doesn't rub....even on the fender liners?

I'm guessing from the pics he posted that he's running 235/35 fronts and 265/30 rears. These are ~ the same height as 235/40 and 265/35 18, which is a common fitment. Yes, he probably hits the fender liners on big dips, so do I.

Of course, a big enough dip is probably going to bend one of those rims, due to the rubber-band sidewalls...

hehe, thats what i thought to...
but turns out that that my driver for the night (only person ever to have driven my car) lied about that, for a year,,
the bastard fell asleep and drove it of the road,,,
now he is gonna get a bill in the mail, he is going to pay what i had to pay the insurance company,(about 1600$) after the car was fixed.
serves him right for lying (and beeing stupid enough to fall asleep behind the wheel of a 300hp RHD sportscar with 2 other persons in it,)

You can call B.S. all you want! I know what I have and I do not have any rubbing issues. If you talking aout hitting the fender liners, the offset is not going to make much of a difference now is it.

You might not be trying to argue, but you do think I am lying. I know there are alot of guys on this forum that like to make up **** about there car, but I am not one of them. Maybe I am lucky...........I don't think so, I know what I am doing and what will work on my car. So bottom line is don't call someone out when you don't know!

Close 235/35/19 and 275/30/19.

Rynberg, from you post I do know you know your wheel and tire sizes, so I can see where you would think it would rub. But I am different then some of the other guys and I avoid pot holes and offroad events . But to date I have not had any rubbing issues after 8 months

Calm down. You didn't even answer my questions.

The only reason I said that is because I was running 19x8.5 (+45) fronts with 245/35s and 19x10 (+32) rears with 275/30s and they rubbed like hell, on the fender liners. Yes, my offsets were a bit extreme and yes, I have lowered the car. Originally, the car ran on Racing beat springs and now it is on full coilovers. That helped but I have gone through a few fender liners.

I replied to the original post about anyone having thoughts about 19 inch rims.

Keep in mind that you were the one who replied with the first cutting remark.

Its a custom paint, the car was originally red. The front lip is R-Magic, yeah I need to get a bumper guard! I usually wash it straight after use so it doesn't build up but I went drag racing that day and the 118 octane it harder to get off

I was gutted about the arch! running 245/45 rubber on the front didn't help! I'm swapping for D01J's so will go smaller 225 maybe, no paint damage so it should just puch back in.

DVSseven, was you talking to me about the V-Mound? I wish! got stock IC V-Mount is on the way though.

Cheers for the comments guys!!!
