Is it possible to change Greddy Gauge backlighting color
The title says all you need to know...
so my plan is to order 2x 60mm Greddy gauge
they have green lighting... but i'd like to turn the lighting to amber...
is it hard to do... is it even possible? iunno the gauge might be sealed or something
so I must know before i order them!
thank you

Also, changing the backlight color is a bit cumbersome. There's a writeup on it, but basically, you want to separate the gauge face from the gauge, then scratch off the green backing on the face and spray on a transparant amber backing.
Here's my gauge cluster...again, just because I love looking at it
i tried chaning the color of the greddy guage, its not working, i sanded it down and even tryed to exacto knife the very edge to see how far i have to go down and it seems if i got that far it will damage the face itself. anyone have any other experience?

Yeah, I have Apexi EL meters and the indiglo blue doesn't go with the interior at night but look like they match the factory cluster otherwise. The gauges don't match each other either but I'm hesitant to mess with them because I don't think you can find them anymore.

I have nothing against green... it's just that im mad
