I take it your refering to the manifold? Take it off and take a grinder/polisher tool to it. Once its smooth you polish it with some metal polish. Clean the oils off really good then seal it with some high temperature clear coat.

About the loudest BOV that is out there right now is the TurboXS RFL. However, to my knowledge, they don't have a RX7 specific flange. So you'll have to have a flange welded to an IC pipe or find some other way of mounting it.

Keep in mind that a BOV's loudness is also determined by the amount of pressure they are relieving. i.e. two cars running the same BOV but one running boost at 20 PSI and the other at 7 PSI; the same BOV is going to be much louder on the car with the higher boost.

I just got my RX 7 and its having boost spikes when the second turbo kicks in. its shooting up to 18psi on the gage and the rear end is getting slippy at high speeds. Its has crappy turn *** adjusters and I havent figuered it out yet. Its also smokes a little

Then you need to start with an Electronic Boost Controller (EBC) before changing your BOV.
