CA Plateless 99 spec front bumper?

Is this the same plateless 99 spec front that Extreme Dimensions sells?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is a hell of a deal though. Did you pull the trigger on this or has anyone gone this route? Curious on fitment is worth trying.

Plateless is definitely the way to go. I'd give it a try.
