Pioneer radio cutting out problem. Help!

I have a Pioneer radio intalled in my car with Dual 12" subwoofers. Every time I put the volume 35+ on my radio, the music starts to skip and if I put the volume up around 45-50+, the radio shuts off and turns back on and will keep doing that until I lower the volume back down to 34 or lower. I have all the right fuses that go in the radio and fuse box for my car. What could be wrong?
