Pioneer GPS Antenna and Antenna Mount - FD

Where is the quickest / laziest / most invisible yet effective place to mount the GPS antenna for a Pioneer AVIC D2 in the FD?

Also, my D2 has a female antenna input and the 7 has two antennas - both female output.

Which antenna in the 7 is in the glass and which one is the power antenna? Anyone have any tricks to getting the lesbian antennas together?

I would put the antenna in one of the corners of the windshield, just so it's easier to hide the cable. It's a bit hard to find an invisible way to mount it considering it'll be on glass. I know a lot of people put it above the mirror and then route the cable around the window but it'll have to be a long cable to do that.

^^^ Probably will moung the GPS antenna in the corner of the windshield. I only have the magnetic antenna. Think regular double sided tape or velcro will work - or do I need to find a piece of metal tape?

Anyone know how to mate the regular Pioneer antenna to the FD antenna - and which one to use?
