Sorry to say this, but painting with the tires on is ghetto.

ya serious. check this out heres a little tutorial for you buddy

step 1...your wheels are ugly and have built up brake dust and you decide that they look garbage...not blingin...

step 2...take your damn tires off and clean the **** off your wheels because any excess dirt or buildup will interfere with the integrity of the paints adhesiveness dont be lazy this is your baby, your pride and joy you can afford to spend a little extra elbow grease to make sure things are done right

step 3...next some aircraft grade stripper is just what you might need to remove the OEM finish of the wheel, spray it down to take all of that **** off so you are left with the raw unfinished metal, clean it up nicely

step 4...spray on the wheel finisher of your choice here i used duplicolor or something...

step 5...apply a few more coats and maybe a clearcoat just to make it look real nice

step 6...put the tires back on and slap your new awesome looking wheels, you will feel great, because you did them yourself, and you gotaway with being a cheapass

step 7...STICKY THIS BITCH! TOO MANY PEOPLE ASK ABOUT THIS
