Interesting I must say.. Not for me but respect the effort. Just put a pt74 turbo in there w/ the supporting works and it will make plenty of power..Dont you want to get it running right before the paint? Good luck. G
If he goes under the hood any I'm betting the car will be worth over $40,000 and would probably sell for $35,000 at an auction or something after the show if you wanted another publicity stunt brewing.

the old fashioned gull wing doors is going to look tight on the FD. the gullwing doors on the photo is the same gullwing doors on Mclaren right?
We held off painting the rest of the body pieces this week, because we installed Vertical Doors.
Thanks to Louie and Rob at Vertical Doors www.verticaldoors.com for coming through with their RX7 kit. Their doors are some are the highest quality pieces I have ever seen.
Miguel at Mob Works www.mobworks.com did some minor trimming of the door and reworking some of the Veilside body panels, so the kit would work.
I should have some finished pictures for you guys next week. In the meantime here you go

Pictures of the car painted. We are going to put the front end after the car gets towed to SP Engineering to get the motor put back in. Some of the body panels are getting repainted after the motor gets dropped back in, due to the color variances of the fiberglass and metal panels.
