Photoshop help!!! for my rex wheels

Hi I want to powder coat gloss black the center part of my SSR GT3, can anybody help me with the photoshop of my picture? I want the center gloss black and polished lip. Also anybody knows how to take appart these wheels? thanks a lot!!!

Not sure if this will help but I wanted and did the same thing to my wheels. I ended up using reg automotive paint. I taped off the lip and took silly puddy to plug the screws around the rim to keep them silver. Base coat then just clear coated the entire rim, I couldnt have been happier with the end result.

i found someone who already did that and took them from his car and put them on your car. its not perfect but at least you get to see what they will look like on your car.
