Im about to start a custom sub project for the trunk of my FD. I was wondering if anyone had any pics during the construction of theirs. Also what did you use to make it, etc. I'm a newb when it comes to this but I do want it to look as professional as possible.

go to caraudio.com and read through all their fiberglass tutorials they were a big help for me http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36873. I dont have any construction photos but heres the steps i took

1. Taped off the part of the trunk that i was going to use as the mold
2. then laid the fiberglass and let try to create the mold
3. remove mold from the trunk and sand all sharp edges but dont alter the mold what-so-ever
4.Then i made a wooden ring of the subwoofer out of MDF wood and attached 4 wooden dowels to it with hot glue.
5. Next i took that ring and dowels and positioned it where i wanted it in the mold and hot glued it in.
6. Took a sheet and covered it over the mold and stapled it to the mold.
7. Apply resin and fiberglass to this
8. Sand and bodyfill to you get what you want
