Passive Seat Belt conflicts with roof racks??

I was wondering if there were any suggestions as to how i can put my roof racks on my 7 without damaging my (working) passive seat belt system. The racks wrap under the car and block the track, so the mouse just gets stuck in one spot. Any ideas?

Thanks a mil.

"Lock" the seat belts in their resting position and pull the fuse?
Just need to unbuckle them when you need to get out.
