i just bought a 87 fc. the interior is red and i dont really like it.
just wondering if anyone has painted their interior and if so what paint did u use.
also i bought a carpet die. it hasnt came in yet but i wanted to see if anyone has died their carpets. does it look good/ last long??.

I dyed my carpet using Rit Dye from the local kmart. it came out awesome but i dont think its going to last. your best bet for a carpet is to replace it with a carpet kit that you can get for relatively cheap. I didnt change mine out because i finished reinstalling the dash with all my wiring looms to my standalone and other crap and it would have a been a mission to take it all back down. i should have thought a little bit better. buy a carpet
