How did it fit? What did you need to modify?

Clean it and take some better pics so the lines can be seen.

Do the body lines match up right?

well in order to fit it you have to take a section out of the center.... cause the fd is wider... so he probably cut the middle out... and hasn't re fiberglassed it together... imo it doesn't look too bad actually.... alot better than the person that swapped the hood fenders and front bumper.... cause the round front doesn't match the square fc back... but this isn't so bad actually. I'm sure it will look alot better once he's done.
One thing I might suggest is shaving the side trim... cause the front bumper doesn't continue the line like the stock fc bumbper does.

Looks like you gave him a little bit too much credit.

ROFLopogus... I feel like a complete dolt for giveing him as much credit as i did.
Yes we have all seen that bumper... it's for an fd though.
What everyone is saying is that it looks like crap because you didn't mount it correctly and/or it doesn't fit the lines of the fc.
I personally don't think it's in bad taste if it was mounted corectly and made to flow with the fc lines better (look at dltreezan's front bumper for a good flowing updated look).
Also, why the hell are you jumping railroad tracks in an rx7?

because he has no idea what he is doing with that car.

it looks like something a honda would do.

the FC is more defined and has defined body lines where the FD has curves and elegance(sp?)

as you can tell the two dont mix well.
