Hey guys. I'm newer to the forums and just bought a 1993 FD3S; proud new owner. My big problem with the car is all turn signals don't work. Ive searched the forum countless times but still am stuck. Hoping someone has some insight. Here is what I have tested thus far.

I have checked all the fuses, inside the engine bay and the drivers side kick panel. All off them good.

I have loosened the panel and wiggled the wires behind the box to ensure it was nota loose pin

I have swapped CPU's with another 7 that works.

Ive checked the hazards and swapped it with another that works,still no fix

Ive looked at the bulbs and they pass visual inspection. ( can all 4 really be burned...)

When I use the turn signal I get the normal clicking sound. If I press the hazards the pace of the click increases. If I don't have the signals on and press the hazards I get no noise from the CPU. Also the lights in the gauge cluster are not blinking/ lighting up.

Any help would be much appreciated.
