hey guys...as you may know no companies sell a carpet kit for the fd. i have (well i had) tan carpet and seats and i wanted to go with black seats w/ red stiching. xrteam.com has these seats for 280 bucks...seats look awesome..and the carpet well i went to the local oem paint shop and they have fabric dye. got 2 quarts of that and sprayed my carpet...it looks great..so anyone wantin to do interior change...this is very inexpensive....also if anyone wants pics of my stuff let me know

sorry the seats were found off of ebay..they are a company called xr team...and the seats are black with red stiching...really cheap too only 280 bucks...i will have pics in a few days

Hey flyboy...did you use the fd rails or the ones that came with the seat?

 

man i had to use the fd rails and custom make brackets for them to fit...so aftermarket sliders are junk..

so how bout the roof of the car. U still have a tan roof on the inside dont u? suggestions on what to about swapping that out/dying it or something?

 

i had the black roof....the only thing that was tan was the carpet and the seats...and the seats should be done here in a few hours...just tryin to find a place to mount the seatbelt....clicker thingys...but ill take pics tommorow and maybe somebody can post em for me or i guess i can send hundreds of people these pics....later

well, I have a tan roof and want to get rid of it. Do u know of a way to change it? or rather, how much it would cost to do, or replace?

 

should only cost maybe 200 bucks at a upholstry shop...most places do a good job too

 

are you posting pics or are you going to send out through email, i already have black seats and was wanting some black carpet, why did you say you got the dye from, i don't no where in raleigh nc, to get it so i might have to order it. how much did 2 quarts cost... my email is torxcombo@aol.com
