Will the autometer water temp gauge fit in the stock location of the stock water gauge? If it's useless, I want to just get rid of ir and put in an autometer. Has anyone tried this before. I need the pods for other gauges.

 

i have seen people fit the 2 1/16" gauges in that location but i think it takes some work. you can linearize your stock gauge pretty easily to make it non useless. sorry dont have a link for the instructions but im sure if you search around you can find it.
