My cars headlights went out recently, They come up and the parking lights turn on, and the brights work, but my normal headlights dont come on.

My wipers only work in low speed.

My a/c blower doesnt work, the rest of the logicon does tho.

I checked the fuses and they are all ok. So im stumped, Do these switches go bad regularly? Or could it be wiring?

Any ideas?
