very quick question
in order to fill these holes properly, must the entire bumper/trunk hatch be repainted?
if so, i really fucked up by not mentioning this to the shop with my 99-spec bumper BEFORE they painted it.......

No the entire bumper does not NEED to be sprayed. They will just have to blend it in. Harder to do with some colors over others. But they will not be happy that is for sure. And I am sure it will cost you to have it done.
