New Boots

Check out these new boots:

I got them from Ralf at

http://brfoundation.com/rotaryaccessories/

He was very cool and the boots are awesome. He can also hook you up with whatever custom stuff you want done at a very reasonable price.

Gorgeous interior. I especially like your steering wheel. What is that dial and push button looking thing next to your shifter??

BTW, it looks like you enjoy driving your car very much. I spotted your gizz marks on your seat.

Actually, the gizz stained seats are the next things to go. They were like that three years ago when I bought the car and no matter what I try the stains will not come out. I actually do no know what they are.

Hard to see but there are 7 cig holes in the seat as well. So, he was smoking, wacking, and flooring it. I wonder if the former owner is on here. By the way the gizz is a sort of glue stuff, that will not come off. I have tried cleaners, Paint thinner, Acetone, and Mineral Spirits. Anyone got any ideas. My idea is just new seats but I havn't got around to it. Not excited about the idea of creating brackets.

Yeah making new brackets is probably a huge job, especially if you don't have the right tools. I think there's a few people that do make custom brackets. I also heard that sometimes the Sparco universal bracket works well, although it might be a little too high. I'd like to see somebody that has a new seat on the Mazdaspeed brackets. Maybe those'll work. NE ways just my 2 cents

Do you know if that guy could make a shift boot with black leather and red stiching?

Sweet Boots.I asked you about your dash before if you remember and I got the same one.I'm very satisfied, thanks man you surely have one of the coolest interiors around.About the seat.Use paint, yeah just try a can of spray paint. My sister spilled some **** on my black leather.Good they didn't ruin but the color was gone. There was a huge white spot all over the seat and seatback.A can of black spray paint and some olive oil got it back to show condition.Again you have cloth so don't use the oil but try the paint if you are desperate.

Thanks for the seat tips. I think I am going to order some blitz seats from phase 2. I really don't like the factory seats.

Ralf is an awesome guy to work with. I asked for Titanium string to begin with. He did not have any so he sent his wife out to buy like 8 different strings that were close. Sewed examples onto differnt leathers and then sent me pictures. Even offerend to send me the leather so I could compare. The string is included in the price. He did the sticking for what it cost him. I think it was like $7 dollars. He is the kind of guy that if you want something he will work with you to help you out and make sure you are satisifed. He told me that if I was not satisfied he would make me new boots NC. The think the embroidery adds a little something different. Maybe you don't like the aluminum thread but everyone has to agree it looks really cool having the "RX-7" embroidered right there in the center.

He could not find titanium so he offered if I were to send him the thread he would stick it with the color I provided.

I personally like customer service and he got a 10 in my book. I would never hesitate in dealing with ralf again. If anyone is interested in boots they should give him a chance. I don't think you will be disappointed.

His website is at the top of the post.

Sorry I said the sticking was $7 dollars. I ment to say the embroidery was 7 dollars. The boot sticking and thread is included in the price.
