Need help removing FD interior.
hah, I just went through this about an hour ago..
To get the AC panel off you need to take off the gauge cluster. To do this you need to remove a couple screws on the underside of the steering column surround, split it open, then remove a couple screws holding the gauge cluster in from the bottom. I cant recall but there could also be a screw in the side behind the panel with the 2 air vents in it next to the door. It takes some muscling to lift it but it comes straight up and out. If you have a-pillar gauges they will get in the way. The AC panel has 2 screws that are behind the gauge cluster surround, and another 2 behind the shifter console.
