My New H.i.d. Kit...must See!!
I bought this kit on Ebay for $400, and it is Hi/Low beam. One of the best things I have bought so far. Check It Out...Honestly over 3 times brighter!!

I will when I can. The kit is 6000k, and it is made by mcculloch. It is much brighter, and much easier to see at night. What more can you ask for? They look a lot more blue in the picture then in real life. I know the housings were not meant for H.I.D. blah blah blah, but who the hell cares! It is brighter, and I think we could all use them. I live in an area that has tons of deer, and huge pot holes. It makes it a lot easier to see. Looks very nice too!

Glare does not equal brightness.
12,000 K HIDs produce LESS lumens than a 4600 K kit. <===FACT
They might seem brighter b/c of the terrible light pattern.
They will be brighter than ANY regular (filament bulb), but they will also PRODUCE ALOT of glare b/c the stock headlight housing is not meant for a HID bulb.
I have a set of HIDs sitting in the garage not being used b/c of the amount of glare produced even when PERFECTLY aimed.

the higher K the more glare you will have
4300K will be best and a great light output and a decent cutoff
8000K when the light gets real blue it really scatters the light, tons of glare
i couldnt imagine 12K probally looks "cool" and brighter then stock
if your doing it for looks giver, but if u really wanna upgrade your lighting then get some lower K ones
plus driving with a higher K really strains your eyes
