Question Miata steering wheel and shift **** => 3rd gen?

Does anyone know if the Miata Nardi steering wheel with airbag will directly swap into the 3rd gen? I've only "heard" that it does, but can anyone confirm that has actually seen or done it? Also, do Miata shift ***** screw right in to 3rd gen shifters? I'm jocking this titanium shift **** from Team Voodoo (www.teamvoodoo.com). Unless, someone can show me a titanium shift **** elsewhere that'll screw in (rather than the universal bolt-hold mounting)?

I don't think anyone has tried swapping the steering wheel. I asked the same thing a while ago and didn't get any responses.

How about someone go buy a regular miata steering wheel real cheap from a junk yard, or find a friend who'll let you borrow his and see if it fits. Then we can all but the 3 spoke Nardi wheel and know it will fit.

So who's up to volunteer?
