I just installed PIAA bulbs on my car, the really bright ones, yet when i drive i can berly see my lights. When i treid leveling my lights i had the following image

The right and left light both when projected onto a wall, were straight and then went up at an angle to the right, i dont understand whats wrong with them any one have any ideas?

you might have just bumped it outta alignment. There are three adjustment screws and one spring. Just look at the front and you will see the three screws to adjust the alignment

 

He might have melted some stuff, especially the wiring if he didn't use a piggy-back.
