So I mostly installed it and drove around the block to see how it is and I'm a little disappointed by my largeness. (10 lbs of sh*t in a 5 lbs can)

The seat was fine in the waist/back area, a little tight on my shoulders and also kinda tight on my hips/legs.
The bolsters kept my knees right under the steering wheel so I couldn't bowleg around it easily and my head room issues seem to have gotten worse since I can't recline as much (hitting the storage bins) also need to figure out a seat belt solution.

Plan:
1. Weight reduction
2. Remove storage bins and slide back/recline a bit more
3. Steering wheel spacer?
4. ????
5. Profit

Here's the pics

There's barely a little bit of daylight between the shoulder bolster and the door and on the clearance on the transmission side is ample.

Wow, looks cool!!

Are you using the "super low" sliders?? Do they really sit the seat low or are they about the same as stock seats height wise?

Im gonna do memoryfab soon, the S58 model.

I ordered the "Superlow" one's but the sliders I got shipped look like the "Low" ones on the website, also there's an issue with the seat hitting part of the slider so the rear bolts don't quite line up. I'll probably contact them and see whats up.

Hey, thanks for the review and pics. I've been mulling these over for a while and I never really thought that the high sides on the bottom might make it uncomfortable. I suppose I'll have to re-evaluate what I want.

What sort of material are they using for the seat covers? Does it have a quality feel to it? or does it feel like it could be ripped easily?
