Meguires ScratchX safe for VR R1?

Meguires ScratchX safe for VR R1?
As my other thread said, I used ScratchX to remove some spots from the mirrors, and it made them look so good I'm thinking of using it on the entire car. Would this be a bad idea? The paint is actually pretty good right now, just some very faint water spots and swirls, but I'd like it to be perfect.
