I just bought a momo millenium steering wheel for my 1994 FD and I was going to order the mazdaspeed hub but I have a few questions:

1. What's the differences between the $150 mazdaspeed hub and the $50 momo hub?

2. I've read that I also need a spacer along with the hub, but from a picture of the mazdaspeed hub there seems to be a spacer included with it. Is this true? If not, where should I get the spacer from?
