I talked to CorkSport about my Mazdaspeed 15th Anniversary front bumper, here in Oregon, they said it would take about 2 months for them to get the turn signals that fit this bumper from Japan. According to them, I should look to getting them custom made for my application, how expensive is this and who should I go to??? I'd like to get this figured out ASAP, cause I can't drive around with no signals when I get my car back... It's a cym fd btw.

you dont need the lense cover, just use your old ones.... And yes you have to get them custom made, and its not a matter of how expensive they are, but who will make them for you. But you dont really need them, and I think they look better without it anyways.
