Major difference bewteen RE and Rotary Extreme headlight kit?

I am in the market for a pair of conversion headlights. I like the RE ones better which look similar to the Rotary Extreme kit. I am just wondering if there is any difference bewteen these two. I know Rotary Extreme offer HID on their kit. Can I upgrade the RE Amemiya lights to HID too? I need some inputs. Thanks much

Simple the HID Rotary Extreme headlights offer the best lighting out there, while the RE ones look nice and provide the worst light output out there. Even worse then the stock headlights.

Are the new RE Amemiya HID lights available in the states yet?? I bet they cost a lot of $$$$$ since it's with HID now!
