I'd say
if you decide to keep Mazda parts.
put all the Japan spec last model parts on it.
The U.S. stuff.... not so tasty.

I don't get it. Far above and beyond any other and makes babies cry? It look's like almost all stock FD's with upgraded wheels and a few small changes. Granted it's a good looking car but from what you typed I expected to see a picture of an F430 or something similar.

What's there not to get? It's a 99 spec kit, and I personally think that even though it was just the factory kit....it is the best looking kit for the FD.

And the babies cry thing was just an exaggerated, madeup repercusion due to the sexiness of the 99 spec kit.

If that doesn't make it clear, there is no hope for you.

personally i like the '99 spec look, but if you want something a little moredifferent and extreme (as you can tell the '99 spec thing has been done to death)
theres always the option of the BRS widebody kit:

colour optional lol

the veilside fortune kit is the best kit for the RX7 Fd. This kit would only look good in 2 tone colors. 2 tone is with black and black satin. If I had the money to do it i would. I hope you do. Good luck

Personally, minor cosmetic changes should be all for the FD. Body kits dont look good on it.

I'm just curious (If you don't mind me asking) what you're having done in terms of performance?

i think it would be awesome to mod the kit to fit 3rd gen rear lites still but extended to fit the width of the kit...if you do it make it look like that need for speed carbon one though the black and white one...

Imagine if you hit a speed bump...there goes the front end of the kit!

Imagine if you didn't drive like a retard and suddenly slam into speed bumps, but rather used them for their intended purpose.

Slowly creep over them (at an angle for that car).

I'm not a fan of the Veilside Fortune kit, but WHATEVER YOU DO, do NOT pay $11K for it. My friend is the primary US distributor of the kit, so I can def. save you a good bit of money off of it if you do decide to go that route. Don't pay retail man...

We most certainly do...including the first Fortune kits (for not just the FD, but other cars too) brought into the US, and a rack of 1-off Veilside parts, etc.

Oh and don't worry about who it is. If you need parts, just lemme know

I don't think you understand that Brian is 1 of only 2 people that work for Veilside USA. They are located in Carson, CA. "We" in his post meant "Veilside".

Don't do what every other FD owner does, be different.

Allow me, if you will, to post a supreme sample of FD ARTWORK.

Enough said.

what's going on with the sides and the bumper of the car. doesn't look like the doors open and they added some length to the car's rear end. The front, I like...just not the rest.

looks like an rx7 with a body kit and some mangled S15 headlights.

AND to the original poster, you may not have seen tokyo drift but the rest of the free world did and that kit is forever FnF to the rest of the US.
