Thinking about having the dash, console, tunnel cover, door skins, etc. wrapped in leather. Anyone have experience with this? cool pics of it done? didn't find anything interesting when I searched.

I have a black interior, so would be doing black leather if I go ahead, where currently black. My door skins and seats are from a stock red. Would want to do new set of Bride or Sparco seats in red leather with same leather on door skins only. Don't want it to look flashy or out of place.

 

gmonsen's is the only one I've seen with a leather wrapped interior very sweet. I wish somebody would sell a kit to recover everything like redline goods sells to recover the console. here's a link to gmonsen's interior album

Such an amazing job! I didn't realize that all of the black was leather when I previously looked at those pics, simply incredible!

 

Black and red combo sounds good if done tastefully. Throw in a mix of suede too.

 

Go for it, It will be expensive though. I wouldnt do red door panels though, it will be to much with red seats. Do red seats and do some red top stitching through out the interior to set em off nicely.

When i get my stuff finished in the next few weeks, i will post some pics for you.
