Laptop + Engine + Bose System?

I was just wondering if anybody has done this or knows about how much it would cost to do it. I want to hook up a laptop in my car to display engine stats and also hook it up to my Bose Acoustic Wave System to play music like off of iTunes or something.

I was actually thinking the exact same thing... lol... but seriously, i remember a site that makes a carputer that you can setup in your car... I believe it is fairly expensive... but sounds like what you want.... Your not gonna be able to veiw your engine stats without some sort of stand alone ecu...
