I also make the kit for the coupe .. since the door is about 21.4 lbs lighter than the convertible door it literally goes up by itself once the door is opened 15 degrees ,,

Why 15 degrees ?

It has to clear the AC Vent portion of the door panel.

Here are two pics of a silver coupe that I did a few months back.

This particular installation will take you less than 3 hours to complete. This is truly a direct bolt on kit. I have done my homework on this.
