For what I read you get better imaging from speakers mounted in the kick panel. There does not seem to be enough room in the FC, I would not want to give up my dead pedal. What would be better for imaging building up the kick panels or build up the doors and mounting the as far foward as possible?

 

I'm going to be fabricating fiberglass kick panels for my 6.5" component set soon. It requires losing the dead pedal though. Better imaging is always at the kick panels, but the doors are easier. What's more important to you?
