Question I Can't Decide!!!

I need some opinions on what wing you guys like better!! I know only my opinion really counts, but.........
its still good to hear others.
I have always liked the Mazdaspeed GT-C.....
but have had some second thoughts now towards the C-West Hammer shark.
the reason is because ever kid and there brother has the tall aluminum wings on there Hondas and I dont want to be the same......so I am considering the low look of the Hammer Shark.
Please give me all insite and opinions
Cheers
Shawn

I defintely would not get the Hammer Shark from C-West. It sticks out way to far on the sides for my liking. I say get the '99 wing. Or maybe an RE Amemiya Type II? It looks like the stock wing but has a nice little lip on the edge and also is taller and wider.

Yea, I would have to agree with Cetchup... My opinion: I hate aluminum wings, they look tacky to me. Only Top Fuel Dragsters should have them b/c they serve an important purpose. Also, the Shark wing does awkwardly stick out too far for the body of the FD. I like the stock R1 or 99spec wings the most though.

Your decision should also depend on your FD's exterior mods. Do you have a body kit on the car? B/c if you don't, it would look really silly with either of the wings you mentioned.

The mazdaspeed one is okay, the shark is really ugly

Have you considered the FEED wing? Its expensive ($2000) but its fully functional and looks the best IMO.

I think the mazdaspeed one is functional, as the mazdaspeed GTC is awesome

Yeah, I'd say neither of those wings also. I do like GT wings, just not that mazdaspeed. If you don't want to join the honda crowd then definitly do not get that shark wing. It looks very similar to those "terminator/predetor" wings you see. Doesnt flow w/ the FD body. It'll turn heads, but for the wrong reasons. Both stock style wings are sweet. And remember, staying wingless never hurt anyone .

IMO, that shark wing is extremely GAY. I think the car looks friggin retarded with it. I'm sorry to say, but if I saw an FD with that wing, I would just bust out laughing.... or crying.

I'm really not a big fan of GT wings, cause I seriously think it destroys the lines of the car. However, the GT-C one is pretty sweet. Its a little more mild than some of the other GT wings I've seen.

If the choice was between the two, I would go with the GT-C, hands down. However, I think there are some other nice looking ones out there that you may want to consider as well
