Thumbs up Kick *** competition sound systems is nearly done

In another week or so I will be unveiling my competion sound system in my FD. Here is the scoop. I am using top of the line products offered by Kenwood. That is the new navigational system, there new excelon CD-changers,there DVD-910 head units with 6.8" flip out monitors, three 8" touch screen additional monitors, and there digital equalizers. Top of the line extant amplifiers offered by Extant 2000x1 and 60x4 channel amplifiers. As far as the speakers goes I am using the Boston Acoustics 5.5 pro-series in the front and 6.5 pro-series custom in the back where the pocket is. One Eclipse 12" titanium subwoofers, playstation 2 being chips for Japanese games, the whole system is being fiberglass, painted and flexiglass with neon lighting in the hatchback.

Of course post those pics when done. Does the system basically take up the whole trunk space?

Sounds like it should be pretty nice, but please please please spell Xtant correctly! It'll make people think you don't actually own them if you can't spell the name right, kind like owning a mercury cougar RX7 or a Mazda XR7.

Audiobahn, make the Loudest (single) car woofer in the world,

with an amp power to match the rms this subwoofer is the loudest, the biggest and the baddest, single sub out there on the market
THE audiobahn AWT 34

Not to diss audiobahn but......

Hey man i've seen the 34 inch sweetie at a DB drag in mankato. honestly i wasn't impressed at all. for being 34 inches it only weighs in at a little over 70 lbs. that's actualy a pretty big joke from what i have seen. Ever seen a Digital designs super 17 subwoofer??? haha that's a freaking monster. ok yeah it's not 34 inches of crap--my opinion so don't diss it i've heard this sub in person, but the entire motor structure is so solid. when you see these subs up close it blows you away! the X-Max is completely nuts! it's actually underrated on their site. :-D nice nice.
http://www.ddaudio.com/beast1.htm for the beast.

And the eclipse 15 TiDVC haha holy hell for being a 15 is it sloppy at all? DDDDDDAAAAAAAMMMMMNNNNNNN! not really no. any more questions about it e-mail me. audiobahn makes decent stuff. but the AWD34 plain out was designed like crap and nobody (unless you have about 32 Cu Ft. of trunk space) can use this damn thing. cuz SEALED? hahaha riight. that's like not right. and damn near impossible to acheive. not in any car anyway unless you rip out all the back and then add a custom huge *** enclosure. i reccomend the 18 inch strokers if you want SPL or 2 15inch eclipse TiDVC's or a SINGLE or if you're balzy enough duo of the Digital designs Beasts.

Haha my .02. and i didn't mean to offend anybody or anything that's just what' i've heard. but hey what do i know? i only hit 165 in a SPL comp :-) have a nice day!
