Just Found THE Best Interior Cleaner/Polish...

was trying to clean and shine the FD yesterday and came to the conclusion that armor all just wasnt going to cut it anymore so i set out on a mission, to find the best cleaner/polisher for the various types of material in our precious FDs.

after some thought, i decided i needed a plastic cleaner more than a vinal cleaner so i then veered away from the traditional "interior cleaners" and got into something a little more heave duty, something with substance. Exterrior trim shiner.

picked up a bottle of meguiar's exterrior trim detailer and went to town. it seemed to cover more of an area in smoothness than the normal patchiness i see when usuing armor all. also since it is for external use, it should last a considerably longer period of time than a traditional spray. (this product is a cream by the way)

needless to say, i am very pleased with the results and i am happy to say that my search has finally come to a conclusion and i encourage all of you to try it and let me know what you think. ill keep you all posted on longevity and quality as the week progresses.

later.

You used exterior trim conditioner on interior parts? The inside must shine like heck. Watch out for glare and wind shield reflection off of dash.

Yea, I'm not much of a fan on making the interior shine that much, but I love Meguiar's products. I will be hard to find something to replace them in my garage.

How is the shininess in comparion to something like armorall?

I dont want my interior looking dull, but I like a wet, new look to my interior. I use stuff from eagle one, i forget whats its called, but its just a good general interior cleaner. Like spot remover or something
