interior paint

my DD accord was rattle canned red on the inside by some ricer who owned it before me, but i got it for free so w/e, i got all the paint off using carb cleaner but it still has a little bit of a red tint, im thinking about switching the interior to black, are tehre any paints/techniques of painting that will look good, and not flake off? thanks for your help guys.

Use SEM.
make sure to degrease the parts, then use a red scotch pad then SEM it up!!

very thin coats works the best, then when its coated give it a complete last coat.

works everytime

also once it is all coated. use a grey scotchpad to knock the texture down to where it is a even texture. Then use some clear and it will bring back the deep black color. Use high gloss if you want more shine.
