Hey everyone. I am in the process of installing a Eclipse AVN5495 in my fd, and Im trying to find a double din install kit made by anyone to make this work. I did some searching, maybe not enough, and couldn't really find anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

 

There isn't one, you'd have to custom mount it. I'm about to do the same.

I saw that thread, maybe I skimmed it too quick. I did find another thread where the person was installing a pioneer head unit and claimed that the pioneer instillation kit worked. So I thought maybe there was another one that was more universal. Guess not, thanks

Also that thread seems to be more talking about trim pieces, rather than mounting kits.

I just did a search n this is the only thread where the Kanatechs kit has ever been mentioned.

 

Think most people who use a kit use the Pioneer ADT-VA133. Looks identical to the one posted above without the plugs and sell online for around $30-50. You can probably piece together that exact kit with male/female harnesses for about $50.
